ABRAHCT does not admit patients and does not book care. It represents those who do.
The association brings together the post-acute care and rehabilitation hospitals and clinics, which look after people who have come through the critical phase of an illness and cannot yet go home. Who has a bed available, who admits the patient and how much it costs: the hospital answers that, not the association.
A referral for admission is always made by the medical team caring for the patient. If the doctor has already mentioned post-acute care, the shortest path is to talk directly to the member institutions.

Each subject has its own route.

Patients and families
